This study aims to determine the enrich of students vocabulary by using Short Videos of students at SMA Negeri 2 Palopo. Short videos are an effective tool in the modern learning process that demands high efficiency and involvement from students. The research used quantitative method with pre-experimental research design in the form of pre-test and post-test the tecnique of selecting the sample 20. The intruments used were multiple-choice and matching words tests to measeure students’ vocabulary ability before and after the treatment. The data were analyzed using a t-test with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the data indicated that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test The mean score of the pre-test is (45.85) while the mean scores of post- test is (87.85) with standard deviation of the pre-test is 22.044, and the standard deviation of the post-test is 15.284. The last is non parametric results using the wilcoxon test, that the value of Asymp. Sig. (2 tailed) is 0.000. Where 0.000 <0.005, so it can be obtained is that there is an average value of student learning outcomes both from the pre-test and post-test by using short videos can enrich vocabulary comnpetence in eleventh grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Palopo.
