The objective of the research is to find out the teacher’s strategies on English online learning classes during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMAN 1 Palopo.
The participant of the research was English teachers at SMAN 1 Palopo. The
researcher took 2 English teachers as the participant of the research. The
instrument of the research was interview. The result of the research reveals that
the teacher’s strategies on English online learning classes during the COVID
19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Palopo are independent teaching strategy,
interactive teaching strategy and instruction teaching strategy and the
implementation of the teaching strategy done by the teachers through online
learning media, such zoom and whats app.
