Abstract
Olivia.2021. Student‘s Ability in Identifying Derivatives Suffixes in Vocabulary at SMP 1 Tanete ( supervised by Musliadi and Hermini ).
This research aims to find out students‘ ability in identifying derivatives
suffixes in vocabulary at SMP 1 Tanete. This research uses descriptive
quantitative method. The population of this research is class V11. The number of
sample‘s 20 students. The instrument of this research is test. The results of the
research 54.25%. This shows that some students have a pretty bad score in the
mastery of identifying derivatives suffix in vocabulary at SMP 1 Tanete. The
researcher concludes that the ability derivative suffix is fairly poor .
