The objective of the research is to know whether the ESA‟s Youtube video is effective in increasing students‟ English learning motivation at SMPN 2
Lilirilau. The subject of this research is the students IX C of SMPN 2 Lilirilau.
There are thirty-two students consisted of twenty-two men and ten women at class
IX C SMPN 2 Lilirilau. This research applied descriptive qualitative method. The
instruments are observation and interview. The finding of this research is ESA‟s
youtubevideos is effective in increasing students‟ English motivation.
