This study discusses students’ perceptions of the English teaching andlearning process using an auditorial style. The type of the research is qualitative
research. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMP Bakti Nusa
Walenrang. The data collection techniques used observation and questionnaire
distribution. The purpose of this study was to determine students perceptions of
the learning process in teaching english by using the auditorial style. The results
this research indicate that students’ perception of the English teaching and
learning process using auditory style were a positive responses
