The objective of this research aimed to find out problem students writing
descriptive text at seventh grade of SMP Negeri Bajo. The subject of this research
was the second-grade students in junior high school in south
Sulawesi, they were of the 15 students. Then the researcher analyzed the
data used descriptive qualitative as the design of this research. The data
collections technique used in this researcher research is writing test is about a
descriptive text, the researcher was use the test to find out students' problem in
writing descriptive text. The students was choose topic from on theme that the
researcher prepared. Based on the result of data analysis, the researcher concludes
that of the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Bajo low. It is proven by the
writing text.
